What kind of hull material is used depends on what environment you generally use for inflatable boat or Rib boat.
Two options: Polyurethane for the overlay of PVC and Hypalon (mask neoprene nylon). Both materials are rugged and reliable and can be used in any environment. But if you spend most of the time in the tropics, the Hypalon rubber boat will be more durable because it has better UV resistance.
The structure of PVC and Hypalon boats is often different, but both are reliable. We use pressure welding technology to weld a piece of PVC, and the seam is even stronger than the material itself. At the same time, because the surface of PVC is denser than Hypalon, the air pressure can be lowered a little lower than the Hypalon rubber boat.
Hypalon inflatable boats are generally bonded with high-strength adhesives. Compared to the factory-based automatic welding of PVC, this is a labor-intensive production method. Our workers have more than 10 years of work experience, thus guaranteeing the quality of the hypalon boat.
